I.C. wrote that if anyone is looking to get hurricane impact windows/doors, she used Florida Window and Door and they did a great job. They have payment plans and options. The team they sent to do the removal and installation was “professional, knowledgeable, and courteous”. 561-848-7011

Roofs:

 As you know the Enviroshake product has been approved as an alternative to our regular cedar shakes. It has a longer life than cedar. A new dealer has been approved for the product and this will help to bring the price of it down.

The new dealer is Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing, Dustin Heaps, 561-389-4098. They are local in Deerfield and doing roofing since 2005 doing both residential and commercial roofs. They are licensed and insured. They have finance options. They also do repairs as well as installing traditional cedar roofs.

The first Enviroshake dealer who has been doing a good job for us over these past four years is Ambatt Roofing. Owners are John Davis and Brenda Kinne. Their office number is 561-792-1826. They do cedar as well.

The other roofer who is certified by Enviroshake is Molsbee Roofing. They have done many of the cedar roofs in Ironwedge. They are in Lake Worth and available on 561-318-8624.

Pat Hamilton of Hamilton Bros. Roofing also comes highly recommended 954-817-6114.

2010. S. recommends Great Southern Environmental Services for termite control. He has used them since 2010. They are reasonable priced and responsive. Tim Clark can be reached in 561-963-1988.

Valerie Anne Martinetti, who is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker (954-609-4228) prepares the monthly Real Estate summary for your Ironwedge Board and has sold units in Ironwedge.

Alkaline Water:

Patty Weir, 22916 Ironwedge Dr,  954-592-7990 writes: If anyone needs alkaline (or acidic) water for medical purposes and cannot find it in stores, we have a machine that can produce ph water from ph 1 to 11.  It is also ionized.  They can leave a water jug/container on our front porch with a note what they need (ph level) and a phone #.  I’ll call when it’s ready to pick up.

Martial Arts:
